How will JDJ Resources manage my personal business matters?

We have put our years of experience in administration and fiduciary management into the development of proprietary systems that allow us to streamline and organize your personal business interests.  Not only can we competently and efficiently manage your day-to-day personal business matters but also we will consolidate information from various accounts and advisors to provide you with one comprehensive quarterly report.  You will always have access to your information and to JDJ principals.  In fact, we will communicate regularly and meet face-to-face as often as necessary.

How is this different from my current legal and financial advisors?

We find that tax planners, lawyers, financial institutions and accountants provide valuable advice and counsel on matters pertaining to their area of expertise.  However, upon receiving this guidance, often there is no system in place for implementation of decisions or ongoing maintenance.  In due course, some firms have half-heartedly addressed these requests for assistance by assigning junior staff to work on these matters.  But with this approach your business interests are in the hands of individuals with minimal experience and limited understanding of your entire financial picture. And you still need to coordinate between these various advisors.

What types of routine, time-consuming tasks could JDJ Resources handle?

For JDJ, these tasks are not routine; they are our business and each and every transaction and responsibility will be handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.  For instance, we could offer assistance with bill paying, managing special projects such as event planning or home remodeling and coordination of your insurance, legal, trust and other financial documents and paperwork.  As well, we could set-up or update your home office and computer systems.

Who will be working on my account?

JDJ has a core staff of founders and partners, and all clients will have direct access to each of us.  However, to better serve our clients, one of us will be designated to lead the relationship.  The management of JDJ has over 40 years of combined experience in accounting, treasury and administration. Our resumes demonstrate a unique track record of success in management and back office administration. Each founder brings to the Company a fiduciary mindset from our past work experience with investment management firms and a commitment to client service.  We have demonstrated expertise in communication, organization and problem solving.
