From 1997 to 2000, Doreen served as Chief Financial Officer for AEGIS, an international real estate and private equity investment advisor.  Prior to joining AEGIS, Doreen worked at Aldrich Eastman Waltch ("AEW"), an institutional investment management firm, from 1988 to 1997 and as Chief Financial Officer for that organization from 1992 to 1997.  During her tenure at AEGIS and AEW, Doreen was responsible for creating policies and procedures to manage investment and corporate cash flow, designing client financial reporting, and directing corporate communications.  She managed the Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Portfolio Accounting departments.

In her tenure at AEW, Doreen was Portfolio Controller for a $1 billion real estate partnership, developing a solid foundation in asset management, performance measurement and client service.  Doreen also assisted in the underwriting of various transactions including the Sears Tower.

From 1981 to 1988, Doreen was Senior Audit Manager at KPMG where she earned her CPA.  She specialized in providing accounting, auditing, tax and financial consulting services to clients in the real estate and financial institution industries.
